Here you can see the creation of a space-time distortion. (Well, I don't like the word 'distortion'.) You can also see that moving the time particle in the 2D dimesion you will get a reduction of the time flow speed in that 2D space. Mostly the time particle may be a combination of time and negative time (not anti-time), and so a bit more complicated.

An introduction of a 5th dimension will set the time particle a specific livespan as also shown for the energy particle. The 5th and higher dimensions are therefore the perpetrators of energy wave creation in the 2D space.

The speed of the time particle to the perpendicular time axis depends on the light's wavelenght.
