This table of pictures shows the various states an energy particle can be in. The direction of its rotation is the direction of the black-white section. The direction of the time flux can be compared to its color. The white means up, the black down. When extending the view of a particle to three dimensions you will get its spin number 1/2, 0, 1 or 2. Any deviation from speed of rotation and phase shift of one energy particle leads to an unstable system. This is a part of the indeterminacy principle. One can also observe that this small particle singularities can be compared to the big ones like black holes.
